Bottle Rocket offers several programs in service of Rocketeers that reach beyond the scope of our home office. When it comes to health and wellness, Rocketeers are offered several options for membership discounts (including a free gym in our building). We also host a “biggest loser” competition several times a year. We offer training for employees in areas that will help improve their performance. We have a large group of project managers who have recently become certified in SCRUM. Bottle Rocket’s Culture Committee – LIFT – plans holiday events and enrichment programs to benefit employees – our latest event was a Kaboom Town! watching party for July 4.

We have clubs for a variety of interests ranging from yoga, coding, books, to meditation. We also hold a Halloween costume contest. Regular “Brain Boosts” bring in Rocketeers and other professionals to speak on topics and provide Rocketeers with continued educations. We also boast our own blend of coffee known as “Rocket Fuel.”

What makes your company unique?

One aspect of our company that we love to share is Rocket Science – our annual internal hack-a-thon. For 24 hours, we shut down our normal operations and all Rocketeers work on personal projects, which can range from anything like writing songs to building fully functional, beautiful apps.
