If you joined us for our previous meditations, you’re more than welcome to attend again, and we’d love to have you if this is your first time. Either way, this is your chance to take time for yourself to slow down, feel your feet on the ground, and experience the present moment, the only moment we can ever really control. Learn mindfulness meditation and techniques to help you respond instead of react, develop more focus, and cultivate greater emotional balance.
