Operation Kindness Launches Family Holiday Discount

Operation Kindness, North Texas’ original and largest no-kill animal shelter, is offering new pet adopters its Family Holiday Discount for the first time – the adoption fee for every pet in the shelter is discounted 25 percent.
“We want to spread more holiday cheer by helping unite homeless pets with new loving families,” said Jim Hanophy, chief executive officer. “So we’re giving the adoption fee discount our employees pay when they adopt. Our ultimate goal is to rescue more homeless dogs and cats and then have more happy pets going home with happy people.”
To give humans more time to fall in love with a new furry friend, Operation Kindness is staying open two extra hours Friday, Dec. 21, until 7 p.m.

Dogs: Normal adoption fee is $185, now only $138.75
Cats: Normal adoption fee is $135, now only $101.25
The discount is only good at the 3201 Earhart campus location.

Animals are rescued every day so the selection of pets is always changing.
