In 2020, people have realized more than ever how much we need other humans. After social isolation, we’ve realized the importance and value of other people. That’s why Valley House Gallery is hosting a new exhibition, On Being Human. Valley House artists and other figurative artists were invited to this exhibition that showcases wonderful works of art that depict people seen through the artist’s eye. The exhibition is held in memory of Lu Ann Barrow (1943-2020), as “her paintings enriched our lives with uplifting parables on being human,” according to Valley House. This will be on view every Monday-Saturday from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. through October 31.
