Support animals in need by participating in Operation Kindness’s Hope Gala Virtual Auction and Raffle! This week-long, online silent auction raises money for Operation Kindness to continue to provide lifesaving medical care, shelter, nutritious food and loving care to homeless dogs and cats in North Texas. Although it looks a little different, Walk MS: Dallas 2021 is returning! Wear orange and sign up for the walk wherever you live and connect with the other Walk MS participants virtually this year. This event brings together a community of passionate people for one powerful cause: to end Multiple Sclerosis forever. Every step taken and every dollar raised brings them that much closer to their goal! Enjoy the sights, sounds and tasty smells of Latin America with specialty food trucks, live music and group dance lessons, followed by a performance from Selena tribute band Bidi Bidi Banda in honor of her April 16th birthday. There will be street tacos, sangria, mariachis, shopping in the Mini Mercado and a Selena look-a-like contest. Taste Addison is the first major festival to return to Addison Circle Park. This is an interactive sampling of the Addison social experience. Choose from dozens of tasty food from Addison’s best restaurants, as they bring their top dishes and smaller taste bites to the festival for you to enjoy. Also, catch tunes from acts including Flo Rida, Hoobastank and Third Eye Blind. Shopping and family friendly activities will be available as well.
