We are so close to Summer. We’ve had some pretty weird weather as of late but rest assured, summer is coming. For me, I associate summertime with seafood. Perhaps it’s because I grew up on the beach and so every day was a summer day, and a lot of our meals included some type of seafood component. So, when it’s summertime, it’s seafood time for me.
