North Italia Celebrates Opening at Galleria DallasFollowing the grand opening, North Italia Galleria Dallas will offer a special Pi Day month-long promotion where North chefs across the country are composing a Love Letter to Italy through specialty pizzas that connect regions of Italy with North Italia’s restaurant markets. Rolling out on March 14, North Italia will debut 10 regional pizzas and one national pie; each available through April 10. The pie available nationwide is the Hot Honey & Smoked Prosciutto; a pizza that pulls beloved flavors and ingredients both in Italy and the States.

Each new regional pizza was dreamt up by a North Italia chef and their personal connection to a region in Italy. Texas’s pizza, Truffle Hunter, was inspired by Emilia-Romagna’s appreciation for pork and polenta, and is boasting with milk braised pork, broccoli rabe, fontina and truffle.
