The first four Saturdays in August (including this Saturday, August 19th!) the Vitruvian Salsa Festival is coming to Addison. This free event begins at 6 pm and includes live bands and DJs, salsa lessons, food trucks, and more. This Saturday, Tumbaka is bringing the tunes, and you won’t want to miss it! While this event is free, parking is $15.

#6. Addison After Dark – Pints & Pups

Calling all dog lovers—your four-legged friend can join in the fun at the Addison After Dark Pints & Pups event on August 19. There’s something for every member of the family at this festival dedicated to dogs and their parents. Canine-focused activities include a pop-up dog park and “arfs” and crafts, while two-legged guests can enjoy live music, food trucks, and complimentary beer sampling from local craft breweries! #7. Goat Yoga Addison Circle

Dallas County Goat Yoga is bringing its crew of goats to Addison Circle Park this Saturday, August 20 at 9 am. Come and get your yoga on while the goats graze and jump around (or on!) you. Tickets start at $20 and are available for purchase here. Bring your own mat and get ready for an exciting and unique workout experience. There will be time set aside after class to socialize and take photos with the goats.
