1998 marks the year Chef Yossi turned his dream into a reality. Over 25 years ago, he was working in the hotel industry when he decided to take his skills outside of the kitchen. He began offering catering services to friends and family, and it instantly became the talk of the town.
No one could stop raving about his savory cuisine and unparalleled presentation. Chef Yossi soon realized he could pursue his side hustle full time. With the help of his General Manager, Vivian Morgan, and their exceptional staff, he embarked on his culinary journey.
Culinary Art Catering started off servicing their events from the kitchen of a private school. It wasn’t too long before they outgrew the space and relocated to a storefront in Addison around 2002. In 2012, they moved to their current home in Farmers Branch/North Dallas.

The Vouv Event Space is a contemporary meeting space that features flexible layouts with multiple room options. The rich tones of the interior rooms create a warm and inviting atmosphere. There’s even a ballroom! The Nuvo Room is a modern event space that’s all white and can serve up to 250 guests. There’s a lighting system that allows the client to customize the color. The Reflections Venue & Gardens is a traditional, refined wedding venue where luxury meets sophistication.
Culinary Art Catering tailors the menu to the client’s liking, but they have a few that serve as delicious starting points! One popular menu is the Signature Hors D Oeuvres where you’ll find appetizing choices like the pacific smoked salmon rosette and shrimp gordita. The brunch menu includes both an omelet station and a warm Belgian waffle station!
