Good vibes and great music are coming to Addison Circle Park this weekend at the Dallas Reggae Festival! The festival will be held Friday, April 7th from 5 pm – 11 pm, Saturday, April 8th from 12 pm – 11 pm, and Sunday, April 9th from 12 pm – 9 pm right here in Addison. The Dallas Reggae Festival welcomes all to this family-friendly, annual festival.
The star-studded lineup includes some of reggae’s biggest names. On Friday, catch Passafire, Ras Indio, and more. On Saturday, Culture,
Idoljob, and many more take the stage to perform. Finally, on Sunday, you have the opportunity to see The Irie, Burning Slow, Fortunate Youth, and more live! View the full lineup with performance times here so you don’t miss your favorite artists.
Mike Frakaz, promoter for the Reggae festival, says, “Reggae music brings us together, unites communities, and serves as a rallying cry when everything else seems to fall on deaf ears.” This weekend is to celebrate cultural equality, community, and of course, live reggae music.
Live music may be the star of the show at the Dallas Reggae Festival, but there’s plenty to eat, drink, and do in between sets. Check out the array of vendors offering arts and crafts, handmade jewelry, Caribbean-inspired food, and more.
