Where to Celebrate New Year’s Eve in the Corridor

The new year is right around the corner! It’s time to figure out where you’ll be making your New Year’s toast. The Corridor has plenty of celebrations to choose from so all you need to do is show up looking festive in your sparkly dress or clip-on bow tie!

Addison Improv

Kick off the new year with lots of smiles and laughter at Addison Improv. Actor, producer, and comedian Jamie Kennedy will be performing stand-up comedy starting at 10:00 p.m. on December 31st. Enjoy the Son of the Mask and Ghost Whisperer star’s show over a glass of stemmari pinot grigio or a yummy plate of salmon. Individual tickets are $45 and the prices for groups range from $90 to $360. Doors will open at 9:15 p.m. so don’t be late!

TK’s Comedy

If you’re looking to celebrate with further entertainment then you’ll want to join in on the New Year’s Eve bash at TK’s Comedy. Wayne Federman who’s appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon will be gifting the crowd with his humor and comedy. The night will also include a concert by local Dallas musician Jack Mason. You won’t be able to stop moving to his unique blend of blues, country, and rock music. There will be a dinner buffet, passed appetizers, open bar, red carpet, and photo booth. General admission is $150 and VIP all access is $250. The bash will begin at 7:30 p.m. and end at 2:00 a.m. Oh, I almost failed to mention there will even be a midnight pizza party! You’re not going to want to miss out on this spectacular night.

Sidecar SocialWhere to Celebrate New Year's Eve in the Corridor

Looking for something a little more budget-friendly? Sidecar Social is an Addison favorite and will be throwing their annual New Year’s Eve party! You’ll be dancing the night away to DJ’s Aiden Brasher and Sarah Ling Ling. Enjoy a complimentary glass of champagne when the clock strikes midnight followed by an explosion of confetti and drop of balloons. The party starts at 8:00 p.m. on the dot and will carry on until 2:00 a.m. General admission is only $10. It’s hard to beat that price!

The Melting Pot

Ring in the new year by dipping artisan bread and seasonal vegetables into some cheese fondue! The Melting Pot will be open New Year’s Eve with a special menu for the occasion. Try the New Year’s Feast which features a filet mignon, teriyaki-marinated steak, garlic pepper steak, herb-crusted chicken, Memphis-style dry rub pork, and pasta for $80 a person. If you’re looking for something a little less meaty then you may want to indulge in the New Year’s Delight which consists of an all-natural chicken breast, filet mignon, artichoke hearts, onion rings, asparagus, and veggie potstickers. Yard House

If you’re looking for a more under the radar and casual way to celebrate New Year’s Eve then you’ll want to spend it at Yard House. Every appetizer and house dish is full of rich flavors. Order the hot and spicy edamame to start or perhaps some shiitake garlic noodles. The options are endless here at Yard House. Choose what drink to wash your meal down with from their ample selection of wine and champagne. The new year will begin with a midnight beer toast!
