Astoria Caffe is bringing holiday coffee classics this season with a twist! Try their peppermint mocha or nutcracker latte naughty, by adding a shot of rum or liqueur. All of their holiday drinks come with a spiked option, or you can start your morning at Astoria with your favorite coffee the nice way.
#2. Vitruvian Park Tavern

With a friendly neighborhood feel and an extensive whiskey list, Vitruvian Park Tavern is a must-visit. This restaurant and bar located in Vitruvian Park is the perfect spot for happy hour with coworkers, or to bring a date to impress them with the collection of house cocktails, Scotch and Bourbon, and wine. The bar also offers a rotating frozen drink and views of the surrounding park and trails. Their food menu features shareable items like popcorn shrimp, hummus, and onion dip to share with your group. The kitchen is open from 2 pm – 10 pm daily, and the bar stays open until midnight.

El Rincon Mexican Kitchen & Tequila Bar has you covered with Margaritas and Mexican favorites. With over 70 different tequila options, you’re sure to find something you enjoy. Try their margarita flight, which utilized house-infused tequila to make 3 different Margaritas! Hai Hospitality announced the opening of its fourth LORO location, LORO Addison, on December 14, 2022 at Prestonwood Place in North Dallas, joining the ranks with Austin, Dallas (East) and, most recently opened, Houston (Heights). Stop by this Wednesday, December 14th to try dishes such as Char Siew Pork Belly, Smoked Prime Bavette, Crunchy Sweet Corn Fritters, Sesame Rice Noodles, and more! Every night is a party at Pete’s Piano Bar, where entertainers take the stage every night to jam hits from every era on baby grand pianos. #6. Chanukah Menorah Lighting at Galleria Dallas

This Sunday, December 18th at 6 pm, Galleria Dallas is holding the first day of the Chanukah Menorah Lighting. At the ceremony, Rabbi Andrew Paley of Temple Shalom will deliver remarks before he lights the first candle of the menorah. The lighting will be followed by a performance by Kol Shalom, Temple Shalom’s youth choir. Sufganiyot– jelly doughnuts – from Jarams will be served. Lighting will continue nightly through December 26th.
#7. Vitruvian Lights

The most dazzling and spectacular time of the year is here! Vitruvian Park has transformed into North Texas’ most magical FREE holiday wonderland. With more than 1.5 million sparkling LED lights are wrapped around 555 trees, this is sure to be a dazzling experience. Take a walk through the park to experience holiday cheer this week!
