Warm Up With a Bowl of ChiliAs the winter months linger for a while it is time to bring back a favorite dish: Chili. 

At Cattleack BBQ they have multiple sides and dishes that are flavor filled and one of them is named ‘Hatch Chilli Mac and Cheese’. You should pair it up with some brisket or a rack of ribs. You can also try the chili from Snuffer’s which has cheese, red onions and jalapenos for either a cup or a bowl. At Snuffer’s there is also a Hickory BBQ Cheeseburger with hickory bbq sauce, aged cheddar cheese and red onions. 

At The Lion And Crown they serve a spicy chili bowl that is made with pork and it is partnered with a toasted baguette (what a nice twist). Other items to compliment your bowl of chili at The Lion And Crown is a B.L.T. that includes applewood smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato and mayo on grilled white bread served with chips. Another great entree to try is the fajita. The marinated grilled fajita platter comes with either steak, chicken (or both), served with grilled onion, bell peppers, rice, beans, pico de gallo, sour cream, flour tortillas and shredded cheese. Top your lunch or dinner off with an order of colossal cheesecake. This colossal cheesecake is a large slice cheesecake topped with caramel sauce, whipped cream and seasonal fruit!

There are a variety of ways to eat chili and these are just a few ideas on how to change your style up. Many restaurants in the corridor have unique ways to display their chili skills, so grab your keys and wallet and head out to town and become a chili connoisseur.
