Happy Hour

#1. Ron’s Place

4145 Belt Line Rd, Addison, TX 75001

Check out Ron’s Place for a huge selection of draft beers. With over 32 different beers on tap to choose from, you’re sure to find something for you. Go with a popular favorite or even a local brew. The English-style pub has plenty of seating for all-sized parties, even a community table that sits up to 16. On Texas Tuesday, select beers are only $3 per pint all-day, and the same deal is offered every Friday night from 11 pm – 1 am.

#2. Bitter Sisters Brewery

15103 Surveyor Blvd, Addison, TX 75001

Try something new at Bitter Sisters Brewery and enjoy one of their in-house beers. Bitter Sisters is the only production brewery in Addison and is an independent, family-owned craft brewery. They offer beers such as the Busy Body, a Blonde Lager, or the Hot Temper, which they describe as a cool way to blow off steam! The tasting room is open Tuesday through Friday from 4 pm – 9 pm, Saturday from 2 pm – 9 pm, and Sunday from 12 pm – 6 pm.

#3. Breaking Brew Meadery

14438 Midway Rd, Dallas, TX 75244

Breaking Brew Meadery is the only mead taproom in North Texas! Mead is one of the oldest alcoholic beverages, which is fermented from honey, creating a smooth, clean, gluten-free taste. They offer rotating drinks on tap, including The Magician, a Texas wildflower mead, and Bee Sting, which features citrus and jalapeno. The taproom is open from 2 pm – 9 pm Wednesday through Saturday and open from 2 pm – 6 pm on Sundays. Stop by during these times to try this unique, local drink!

#4. Cafe 214

Cafe214 is an upscale African Caribbean restaurant and bar that features a full food and bar menu and parties 5 nights a week. Eats are Caribbean-inspired, and favorites include jerk chicken or the more adventurous curry goat. View their party menu to see what’s happening at Cafe214 this week.

#5. Vitruvian Park Tavern

3870 Ponte Ave #150, Addison, TX 75001

With a friendly neighborhood feel and an extensive whiskey list, Vitruvian Park Tavern is a must-visit. This restaurant and bar located in Vitruvian Park is the perfect spot for happy hour with coworkers, or to bring a date to impress them with the collection of house cocktails, Scotch and Bourbon, and wine. The bar also offers a rotating frozen drink and views of the surrounding park and trails. Their food menu features shareable items like popcorn shrimp, hummus, and onion dip to share with your group. The kitchen is open from 2 pm – 10 pm daily, and the bar stays open until midnight.

#6. Nate’s Seafood

Kick-off the weekend with live music every Thursday at Nate’s Seafood. Live blues music and Gulf seafood are staples at Nate’s, with different bands featured every Thursday and Sunday. This Thursday, try one of their Coastal Classics, including fried Gulf oysters and red beans and rice (number one in the Metroplex!).

#7. A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder at WaterTower Theatre

WaterTower Theatre presents a Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder from July 20th through July 31st at Addison Theatre Centre! This musical is set in London in 1907 and centers on Monty Navarro, a penniless clerk who is informed after the death of his mother that he is ninth in line to inherit the earldom of Highhurst.
