Comedy in the Corridor

Comedy in the CorridorThe saying goes, “laughter is the best medicine.” What a timely reminder. We all need a good laugh. Life is hard and we need a break from all the news and all the stressful things that surround us. A night out with some friends to a comedy club is just what the doctor should order.

Visit TK’s on Montfort Drive just south of Belt Line. TK’s is Addison’s newest comedy club and restaurant. Started by TK and his wife Kara, TK’s features a lively atmosphere, an amazing menu, and of course, lots of laughs. TK and Kara are both native Texas that met out in California while pursuing their comedy dreams and have now opened up a great new place for all of us to enjoy. They are open for lunch, happy hour, brunch, and dinner. Check out the upcoming line up which includes Lou Santini on Jan. 13, Kira Soltanovich on Jan. 20, and more. “Come in, grab a bite, stay for a laugh and feel at home!” Check out the full lineup of upcoming shows as well as their full menu,

Comedy in the CorridorThe Improv in Addison is also a great place to catch some big-name comedians and spend a fun night with friends. Jan. 14 to 16 will feature Donnell Rawlings. Donnell is touring his new show “2Soon with Donnell Rawlings” throughout the country to sold-out audiences. You can also see him on season 2 of the Netflix series “The Degenerates.” Josh Pray will perform on Jan 20. Josh is an internet sensation racking up thousands of views on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. The Improv will also have an all-ages event, Family Magic & Comedy with Mike Williams on Jan. 22, so even the kids can get in all the laughs!
