Clinton Broyles at Southwest Gallery

Clinton Broyles at Southwest Gallery
“Mariner’s Gauilding Light”

On Saturday, December 11, visitors to Southwest Gallery will get the chance to meet accomplished artist Clinton Broyles. In addition to a lifelong interest in history, Broyles captures composition moments of everyday life from bygone eras. He loves exploring details and beauty and combines that with beautiful light to create incredible paintings.

Born in McAllen, Texas, in 1985, Broyles grew up with love for art. In his early years, he was introduced to master paint Dalhart Windberg, who would eventually become his mentor and teacher when he was 15. After graduating in 2007 from Texas A&M with a Bachelor’s degree in architecture and training in painting and drawing, he started his professional career. His passion for the past, a love of architecture, and an ingrained sense of optimism result in beautiful creations.

Southwest Gallery has been a staple of the Dallas fine art scene for over 50 years. It has the most extensive collection of fine 19th-to-21st century paintings and sculptures. The Gallery exhibits hundreds of artists who work in a broad range of styles, all displayed in our 16,000 square foot showroom. If you choose to buy one of Selytin’s pieces, the Gallery offers a preview service that allows customers to view pieces in their office or home before final purchase. The staff is available to assist and inform clients throughout the whole process. Located at 4500 Sigma Rd., Dallas, TX 75244, Southwest Gallery’s business hours are Tuesday–Saturday 10 AM – 6 PM and Sunday 1–5 PM. For more information, contact the Gallery at 972-960-8935.
