An Oregon investor has taken title to an Addison office building. Built in 1985, the six-story, 74,000-suare-foot Emerald Plaza is in the Quorum business park south of Belt Line Road.
The silver glass building was sold by a Massachusetts investor to Lithia Real Estate of Medford, Ore., county deed records show.
Emerald Plaza is near Addison’s popular restaurant row along Belt Line Road and is west of the Dallas North Tollway. The building, last renovated in 2018, is the latest commercial property sale in the tollway corridor.
The Dallas-Fort Worth area was one of the country’s top commercial property investment markets in the first quarter of 2021, with almost $6 billion in transactions.
