She also suggests decluttering your house, only leaving minimal accessories and decorations, and fixing all minor repairs. Finally, investing in landscaping and bright flowers will help give your home a nice curb appeal.
If you are looking to buy, keep one thing in mind: “Cash offers are key in this market,” according to Van Pelt. “Pay title, shorten the option period to 3-5 days maximum, shorten the time to close, and double the down payment or escrow.”
