Slip on your favorite cowboy boots, grab a friend, and head to Addison After Dark’s Boots, Brews & BBQ this Saturday, May 15, at Addison Circle Park! This free event is all about celebrating your Texas roots with ‘90s country hits, line dancing, lasso throwing, and delicious BBQ!
Get ready to go two-steppin’ and boot scootin’ with music from singer-songwriter Elaina Kay at 7 p.m., a Dallas-based country singer. Later, Studio 22 will host country western dance lessons at 7:30 p.m. to teach you the footwork to twirl around the dancefloor. Studio 22 is a premier ballroom dance studio, with highly trained instructors that teach over 100 group classes a month. Straight Tequila Night will take the stage at 8 p.m., playing ‘90s country hits from Alan Jackson, Garth Brooks, Brooks & Dunn, and more.
During the event, guests are encouraged to either bring a picnic dinner or grab a bite from one of the food trucks on site. Tu Bones BBQ will serve ribs, brisket and chicken, and Street Bites is offering burgers, brisket, and pulled pork tacos or sliders. America’s Finest Beverage Catering will also be onsite selling beer, wine, and their signature drink: Shandy.
