Celebrate National Frozen Yogurt Day

Cold weather makes chilly treats taste even better. (Ice cream that doesn’t melt? Yes, please!) That’s why we are so excited that National Frozen Yogurt Day is happening this Saturday, Feb. 6. Whether you like yours plain vanilla or loaded with tons of candy, fruit and toppings, there are plenty of ways to celebrate this sweet holiday in the Corridor. Check out a few places to grab frozen yogurt this week, below.

Sweet Frog Premium Frozen Yogurt

Located at 3748 Belt Line Road in Addison, Sweet Frog Premium Frozen Yogurt is open from noon-9 p.m. Monday-Thursday, noon-9:30 p.m. Friday-Saturday, and 1-9 p.m. Sunday. First, choose your flavor. Sweet Frog has many options, like chocolate, cake batter, blueberry, cheesecake, strawberry banana, red velvet, red brownie batter, S’More, salted caramel pretzel, sweet coconut, apple pie, cappuccino and more. Then, choose your toppings. There are many options in each category, including fresh fruit, chocolate, nuts and cereals, liquid and more. (Note: in-stock flavors and toppings vary by the day.) Sweet Frog offers so many choices, you could come in every day and try something new!

Whole Foods Addison

Buy frozen yogurt at your next grocery run and eat it anytime you want! Whole Foods Addison sells many different frozen yogurt options, including this Sweet Scoops Peanut Better Bliss with peanut butter and chocolate chunks. Or, go for something plain, like this Stonyfield Organic Whole Milk Vanilla Frozen Yogurt, and add your own fruit, nuts, or chocolate toppings at home.

Enjoy your frozen yogurt in a different way by picking up these Yasso Frozen Greek Yogurt Sea Salt Caramel Bars from Target. This decadent treat is made with frozen Greek yogurt, swirled with creamy caramel. The best part? These are gluten free, with 5 grams of protein and only 100 calories!

No matter how you choose to indulge in frozen yogurt, you are sure to enjoy it! Be sure to snap a pic and share it with us on Feb. 6!
