Welcome to Addison, Catapult Health! This Dallas-based healthcare firm is moving its headquarters officially to Addison. The company is leasing an almost 31,000-square-foot building on Belt Line Road in Addison in the two-story Offices at Prestonwood Place building. Its former location was in a tower near North Central Expressway in Dallas.
“Employee workspace expectations have been turned upside down over the past year,” said Catapult Health CEO David Michel in a statement. “Tall office buildings with crowded elevators and open floor plans have become pariahs. Prestonwood Place is perfect for our needs, and we are building a next-generation environment where our team members will eagerly return to work, innovate, laugh, eat and collaborate.”
Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) Principal Michael Griffin provided tenant advisory services to Catapult Health. “Catapult Health is a mission-driven company that needed an equally inspiring office space to accomplish its goals,” said Griffin in a statement. “We’re so excited to deliver this custom-fit solution that will not only accommodate its growth plans, but also promote collaboration and communication among its employees with walkable amenities right outside the door.”
Prestonwood Place is a 133,353-square-foot, mixed-use development on a 16-acre site in Addison that was revamped in 2020 with new office space and updated retail opportunities.
