Of course, you know Snooze is going to have amazing pancakes for the holidays. Try the Pumpkin Pecan Pie or the Peppermint Bark Pancakes, or the Peppermint Bark. Finally, the Holiday Harvest Bowl is full of flavor. It’s made with butternut squash and sweet potatoes mixed with sautéed onions, poblanos, roasted corn, and caramelized Tender Belly Habañero Pork Belly lardons. Topped with a cage-free poached egg, cream cheese hollandaise, candied cranberries, crispy prosciutto, and finished with a jalapeño and pomegranate molasses.
Norma’s Café is ready to take care of all your holiday catering needs.
