Our Favorite Makeup Removers

At the end of a long day, sometimes you just don’t feel like taking your makeup off. I understand – I’ve totally been there too. But sleeping in your makeup can lead to irritated eyes, acne and even messy pillowcases. Not a good look! Luckily, taking off your makeup doesn’t have to be a whole process. There are some quick and easy solutions that will make it a breeze! Just swipe, gently remove and you’re ready for bed!

Clinique Take the Day Off Cleansing Balm, Ulta – $31

This multi-tasking Clinque balm works to dissolve eye and face makeup, remove sunscreen and clean your skin at the same time. Simply rub into your face, rinse thoroughly and pat dry.

The Original MakeUp Eraser, Sephora – $20

Think you can’t wipe off makeup with just water and a towel? Think again! This MakeUp Eraser is practically magic – just add water and wipe and the makeup will come right off. Use the short-fiber side to remove makeup and the long-fiber side to exfoliate the skin afterward. This is equal to 3,600 makeup wipes and is re-usable and washable up to 1,000 times!

Kopari Beauty Coconut Melt, Ulta – $28

This is 100% organic and unrefined coconut oil that will work for a variety of beauty purposes – including taking off even the most stubborn makeup, like false eyelashes. It can also be used as a hair mask, body moisturizer, dry shave oil, bath boost, under your eyes and more.

Garnier SkinActive Micellar Cleansing Water, Ulta – $5

Micellar water, which is inside this cleanser, gently captures and lifts away dirt, oil and makeup without harsh rubbing. Gently massage into your skin, then wipe it off – no water or rinsing required.

Sephora Collection Cleansing and Exfoliating Wipes, Sephora – $8

Perfect for on-the-go or when you are really tired, these makeup wipes will softly remove makeup and clean your face in one motion. When you are done, flip it to the other side to exfoliate your skin. Just be sure to choose the one that’s right for you: for example, coconut is soothing, rose is brightening, charcoal is purifying and watermelon is hydrating.
