Red, White and Blue Makeup

Happy Fourth of July! Now is the time to let your patriotic spirit shine through – rock American flag-themed clothes, show off star accessories and wear red, white and blue makeup! Shop a few products in the Corridor to put your look together.

Eyes

Start with your eyes, which will make the biggest impact. The Coca-Cola X Morphe Thirst for Life Artistry Palette ($22 from Ulta) features 18 gorgeous colors, many of which are shades of red, white and blue. Start with Fizz, a sparkly white, on the upper brow. Then add Cool Story, a sparkly light blue, to the inner corners of both eyes, and Good in Red, a bright Red, to the outer corners! Another option is to go with a neutral eyeshadow and add these beautiful Eylure Limited Edition Serenity Lash ($7.99 from Ulta). These stunning blue false eyelashes are sure to add a pop to your makeup!

Nails

Painting your nails is an easy way to show your American spirit. I love OPI’s Nail Lacquer Nail Polish ($10.50 from Ulta). I would go with Big Apple Red on your right hand and Chopstix and Stones on your left hand. You could also do alternating red and blue on each nail, or paint all nails white with the Alpine Snow, with one ring finger nail blue and the other red. The possibilities are endless!

Lips

Pucker up! I know you haven’t had any fancy nights out in the last few months, so now is the perfect time to pucker up for red lips again. I like the Patrick TA Major Beauty Headlines in That’s Why She’s Late ($32 from Sephora). This matte suede lip is loaded with pigment, that gives a strong, long-lasting wear with a creamy finish. Or, go for the Clarins Velvet Lip Perfector ($26 from Ulta). This pretty velvet color delivers an intense color with a luminous finish. It’s lightweight and made with nourishing organic shea butter to keep lips soft and hydrated all day.
