That’s why Pure Barre Addison is such an amazing experience: you get all the grace and beauty of ballet for non-dancers, while torching calories at the same time. Just because the COVID-19 pandemic has kept people at home more than usual doesn’t mean that you have to give up your workout. Pure Barre is hosting private, livestream classes for their new clients. This event will include an introductory class that will cover the basics of Pure Barre. You will be introduced to proper form, modifications for exercises, the Pure Barre lingo as well as giving you tips and tools you need to learn more about taking classes at Pure Barre Addison. This free, livestream class will conclude with a brief Q&A session to answer all of your questions, live.
