How To Get Rid of Acne

blankEverybody hates getting those pesky pimples that appear right at the worst time. Acne can be annoying and hard to get rid of – but there are plenty of products in the North Dallas Corridor that can help. Here are some of my favorite that may help breakouts disappear!

Mario Badescu Drying Lotion – Sephora $17.00

Starting to break out? This drying lotion will help you out. Made out of salicylic acid, sulfur and calamine, it’s ideal for any skin type whether is dry, normal or a mix of both! This product is also 100% vegan and cruelty free. All you have to do is apply it after you was your face right before bed. Just dip a cotton swab and apply directly on the spot; don’t spread the liquid around, but dab lightly.

Oil-Free Acne Wash Pink Grapefruit Facial Cleanser – Ulta $9.99

If you’re looking for a face-wash that can help prevent breakouts, this is it. Made of salicylic acid and micro-clear technology, these key ingredients will help fight out breakouts and blackheads. This facial cleanser will have your skin feeling refreshed and clean. The best part: is oil-free! Therefore you won’t have to worry about breaking out. It also contains Vitamin-C, and it smells like grapefruit!

Tea Tree Oil – Walgreens $10.99

This might be what your skins needs after breaking out. Tea tree oil helps to calm redness, and it reduces swelling and inflammation. It might even help with your acne scars! Although, this oil can be harsh on the skin and it can cause irritation. If you’re planning to use tea tree oil, make sure you diluted with water before putting it on your skin.

Acne Solutions Liquid Makeup Foundation – Macy’s $29.50

Makeup should be your last resource! If you’re desperately in need of covering up your acne, then this foundation is the one. It’s specifically made to fight acne as it contains salicylic acid, to has ingredients that contain oil and prevent more breakouts. This foundation doesn’t contain any parabens or phthalates that may damage your skin.
