Connection is more important right now than ever before. When COVID-19 halted all in-person activities, Metrocrest Chamber decided to offer their networking lunches online instead. That way, guests can still connect with other business leaders in the North Dallas Corridor without compromising anyone’s safety.
Small- to mid-size businesses fuel the Metrocrest area’s economy in Addison, Carrollton and Farmers Branch. That’s why Metrocrest wants to continue supporting these businesses by hosting the networking meetings virtually. Metrocrest Chamber is hosting Virtual Connect Lunches every first and third Tuesday of the month via Zoom, from noon-1 p.m. Pre-registration is required.
According to the event page, Metrocrest stated, “Let’s focus on what’s important right now: supporting each other and our businesses, fostering relationships during these uncertain times, and continuing to build our community to be the strong, vibrant, thriving choice for businesses and residents. We’re all in this together.”
Metrocrest Chamber of Commerce’s mission is “to create economic prosperity for our members by providing programs, resources and support that assists and benefits business, government and citizens resulting in a vibrant place to live and work.” They do this by facilitating the connections that create the region’s most productive business and community relationships.
If you join Metrocrest Chamber, your business will be featured in their directory listing, and you’ll have access to your own unique customizable member page. You’ll also be invited to attend networking events (such as the Virtual Connect Lunch) and ribbon cutting ceremonies, after hours events and more once they open back up.
