You will feel like you are on a tropical island when you sip the Pineapple Coconut Infusion at Lazy Dog. To make this drink at home, start by making pineapple-infused bodka. Mix one 750 ml bottle of vodka, one large pineapple cut into chunks and 1 tsp ground turmeric in a blender for one minute. Next, transfer mixture into a 6-quart container and add 4 cups coconut water, ¾ cups pineapple juice, ¾ cups orange juice, ¼ cup sweet and sour, ¼ cup simple syrup, 2 cups ginger beer and 2 cups Malibu rum. Refrigerate for four hours to infuse the ingredients together. From there, add 3.5 oz of this mixture and 0.5 oz aquafaba into a large shaker. Pour over ice and garnish with a pineapple leaf and a dash of bitters. Cheers!
