Al Biernat’s North recently hosted an exclusive VIP closing reception for fine art photographer David Yarrow. On Sunday, Nov. 17, Al Biernat’s North, along with Samuel Lynne Galleries, hosted the private reception as Yarrow returned to Dallas to preview his latest work and newest book.

Describing Yarrow’s work, the press release says, “Yarrow’s evocative and immersive photography of life on earth is most distinctive and has earned him an ever growing following amongst art collectors. He has an undeniable aptitude for capturing the splendor of what remains wild and free in our world.”

During 2019, Yarrow traveled to France with Pamela Anderson; South Africa with Kevin Richardson; Montana with Cindy Crawford and Rwanda with Josie Canseco. He also traveled back to his homeland of Scotland, India, Chicago, Russia, the Serengeti in Tanzania, Amboseli in Kenya, Los Angeles with Alessandra Ambrosio, Vancouver with Kate Bock, just to name a few places.

Yarrow spoke during the reception and guests got the chance to view selected work from the exhibition as well as purchase his second book. According to the press release, “The artist’s newest book is a comprehensive collection of his photographic travels through the Americas, Africa, Antarctica, the Arctic, Asia, and Europe. It also features a foreword written by global NFL star Tom Brady and an afterword written by American cultural icon Cindy Crawford.”

Yarrow’s website describes the book saying, “This 368 page photography monograph, showcases 150 of my strongest images from the past two years.” It features a foreword written by NFL star Tom Brady as well as an afterword written by Cindy Crawford. It’s also important to note that all royalties from the book will be donated to conservations charities Tusk and WildAid. The book is available at Samuel Lynne Galleries and his exhibit will be open there through Feb. 1, 2020.
