Santa Claus figurines. Sparkling Christmas trees. Shimmery tinsel. Twinkling lights everywhere– it’s the most wonderful time of the year! Celebrate the season by attending the Civic League’s Annual Holiday Home Tour, taking place from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Nov. 15 and 16 and from 1-4 p.m. Nov. 17.
This year’s Holiday Home Tour features two new homes in Farmers Branch and two unique Carrollton homes, which have been specially decorated for the holidays. Gracious homeowners have opened their homes to share their decorative styles, holiday traditions and unique collections. This event raises more than $100,000 annually for local non-profits and college scholarships for Carrollton, Farmers Branch and Addison students.
During the tour, guests can also buy homemade goodies to snack on – or save their own holiday parties! For $5, you can buy a Pick-A-Box surprise gift, which includes anything from jewelry to home décor to stationery or something else (each worth at least $5). There are only approximately 400 boxes for sale, so make sure you shop early! You can also shop for gifts in the Marketplace. Finally, you can purchase raffle tickets for $25 each of three for $60 (only 600 tickets are available) for a chance to win a $1,500, $1,000 or $500 MasterCard gift card. As a bonus, every purchase receives a 15% off dining certificate to Table 13!
