1 2 CUTS STEAKHOUSE is a truly Brazilian steakhouse with South American flair that recently opened its doors in August. Located at 18010 Dallas Parkway in North Dallas, the Churrascaria style restaurant focuses on blending a traditional Brazilian steakhouse with elements of Argentinian cuisine. Originally from Brazil, the husband and wife team behind 12 Cuts moved to the United States in 1997 to help debut Fogo de Chão’s first American location in Addison, Texas. After over 20 years with the restaurant, Juarez DeConto, in partnership with Dejair Zuliani, decided to create his own version of a churrascaria with a unique twist. Upon entering the restaurant, guests will be welcomed with an inviting ambiance of warm, neutral colors and an open concept. In addition to the main dining room, 12 Cuts boasts both an extensive indoor bar equipped with communal seating.
12 Cuts focuses on Brazilian and Argentinian prime cuts of meat, organic salad bar oerings, specialty sides and homemade dessert. Open for lunch and dinner daily, 12 Cuts offers guests a traditional churrascaria experience, as well as á la carte options. For a lighter meal, diners can opt for the salad bar only. With gaucho chefs delicately carving each cut of prime meat , a sampling of the churrascaria experience includes: Picanha – Top Sirloin, Costela – Bone in Ribeye, Bife Ancho – Ribeye, File Mignon – Beef Tenderloin, Bife Chorizo – Strip Loin, Fraldinha – Bottom Sirloin, Cordeiro – Rack Lamb, Costela de Porco – Pork Ribs, Frango – Chicken, Lombo – Parmesan Crusted Pork Loin. The churrascaria experience and salad bar oering will also be available for Sunday Brunch from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Additionally, happy hour will be served in the bar and patio areas Monday through Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and includes Caipirinha & other specialty cockails, Empanadas, Chorizo Argentino and much more! “The experience of opening 12 Cuts has been a dream come true for my family and I,” says Juarez DeConto , founder of 12 Cuts Brazilian Steakhouse. “We truly look forward to serving the community with authentic Brazilian cuisine.”
