That’s the tag line that appears on the Kenny’s Wood Fired Grill website. What a great way to take on each day, and for that matter, what a great way to look at life. We should look forward to celebrating every day we are alive, and every meal should mean something more than just eating for the sake of eating. Rest assured, when you visit one of Chef Kenny Bowers’ restaurants each dish on the menu is a feast.
At the Wood Fired Grill, enjoy their Saturday and Sunday brunch menu every weekend. Brunch is served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and features Kenny’s Spin on Benedict. His spin on Benedict has a toasted brioche, poached eggs, béarnaise, asparagus. Get it with your choice of Home Smoked Salmon, steak or crabcake.
They are also serving Chicken and Waffles and Eggs New Orleans which are fried eggs, roasted pork, truffle Colby jack grits, sautéed spinach, béarnaise, and a port demi-glace.
At the Italian Kitchen, you can get a taste of real East Coast Italian (think Little Italy in New York City.) They carry an extensive wine list, which makes pairing a glass of great wine with your dinner very easy. The Italian Kitchen is a great place for date night, meeting clients or celebrating birthdays, promotions and much more. For those summer nights when it’s not too hot, check out their patio area. One of my personal favorites is the Chicken Scaloppini. Made with artichokes, mushrooms, capers, smoked bacon, white wine lemons butter sauce and served over angel hair pasta.
If you would rather enjoy Kenny’s Italian Kitchen’s dishes at home, don’t worry, they offer Family Style Take Out. Feed the entire family an incredible meal without breaking the bank.
