Wine Down in Addison

I read a great quote about wine once from Dan Aykroyd, “Wine represents to me sharing and good times and a celebration of life. It is always around happy occasions with family and friends and centered around joy. What better item to be involved in than something that represents all these wonderful things.” As a person who loves food and the conversations that happen around food and drinks, this quote resonated with me big time. Some of my fondest memories with family and friends have been around the dinner table. Some at home and some while being out to a meal with family and friends but always over an amazing meal and great wine.

And so today, wine is what we will be talking about.

Let’s start at Mercy Wine Bar. Mercy has a great vibe to it. Live music, great patio, comfortable seating and more. A great place where the time will go by and you won’t notice. Mercy has over 100 different wines by the glass to choose from. That means there’s plenty of wine to try and you don’t have to repeat the same one twice. On Mondays, Mercy has a great special, Half off selected wine bottles dining in or take home. If you are unsure of what to order, let one of their experienced wine stewards know and they will help pick out a great wine.

Over at Addison Circle, Antonio Ristorante carries an impressive selection of wines.

A bit further north on the Dallas North Tollway is III Forks. One of the area’s most well-known steakhouses. While they serve amazing steaks and seafood that just leave you speechless. But III Forks is more than mouthwatering steaks. They have quite a lineup of wines for you to enjoy. Texas de Brazil treats its guests to an authentic Brazilian Churrascaria experience. But that’s not all.
