Last week, we hosted the 2015 Top Female Executives Awards Luncheon at Bent Tree Country Club. As we honored each of our 16 nominees in this year’s awards, attendees were also entertained by keynote speaker Elizabeth McCormick, a former Black Hawk helicopter pilot in the U.S. military.
With record numbers of voting this year, we are pleased to present the winners of the 2015 Top Female Executive Awards:
The 2015 Top Female Executive Awards winner is Amber Olson Rourke, the chief marketing officer of Nerium International. Nerium International has been one of the most successful skincare launches in history with more than $700 million in sales in the company’s first three years. Rourke has been a large part of the increased revenue with her product development and global expansion. Because of her hard work, Nerium International was the youngest company to make the Direct Selling News’ Global 100 List. We are proud to have her in the North Dallas Corridor.
The first runner-up is Gen Merritt-Parikh, the president of Allied Affiliated Funding. She joined the company in 2009 and just five years later was named president. She has built a solid team within the organization by growing its marketplace recognition, increasing its profits and minimizing loss exposure to the company.
The second runner-up of the 2015 Top Female Executive Awards is Amy Van Brunt, the president and owner of Label Systems, which assists companies in promoting brand awareness through creative promotional and labeling solutions. She has served as president of the company since 2005 and in 2013, she became sole owner. Label Systems is one of the few woman-owned printing companies in the nation and under Van Brunt’s leadership, the company has grown more than 25 percent in the last year.
A big congratulations to all of our winners!
