As Addison continues to grow, it is no surprise that Worksoft, Inc. has expanded its North Texas headquarters and operations space in Addison. More specifically, its location at The Madison off the North Dallas Tollway. Jones Lang LaSalle’s Andy Leatherman represented Worksoft in the deal and Mark Harrison of Granite Properties represented the landlord. To finalize the expansion, Worksoft signed a lease for 12,807 square feet.

According to CFO Lee Constantino, even after an extensive search for a new headquarters, Worksoft, Inc. decided to remain in The Madison and continue its operations in Addison.

The premium office space that Worksoft, Inc. will now occupy increases the company’s size and footprint in the North Dallas Corridor giving the company an opportunity for continued growth.

Worksoft, Inc. is a business process validation software provider. The company was founded in 1998 and is backed by investors such as Texas-bases Austin Ventures.
